Move Day! - My View As Of Today

You may notice that I’ve been a bit quiet on social media lately.

That’s because I’ve had a few things to get aligned that have required my focus.

One thing I’ve really realised this year is THE POWER OF FOCUS.

I used to run around trying to get about 5 business ideas happening at once, trying to sort out work, living, relationship etc simultaneously. And as a result...

I wasn’t creating enough momentum in each area of my life.

In the last few months I decided to focus on one major thing at a time.

Some of you may already know, I choose to work with a digital marketing agency so that I can keep up the practical side of helping businesses grow and monetize their audience every single day.

The first focus was changing who I decide to work with, to a company that was more aligned with who I am as an entrepreneur and what I’m about. This was done about 6 months ago.

DONE!

The next major focus was moving to a place that inspired me to continue growing past my current success and to make a difference.

As of today....

DONE!

And now that these areas of my life are sorted I feel that much more empowered to give my energy to others to help their business.

Focus on ONE THING. And one thing only until it is completed. Then move onto the next..

#RealTalk - Shit Is Going To Happen!

This is a pic of me after my first gym session in over a month today...

I used to train 5-6 times a week and was loving life. However one day I sustained a back and neck injury to my spinal ligaments that has left me (at my worst) taking endone and strong pain killers just to get through the day.

I couldn't sit properly, I couldn't 'get jiggy with it' without flaring it up. Hell I couldn't even sit on the toilet without having to take some neurofen.

Just like my business (and life in general) I had a choice. I could say 'Fuck this!' and throw in the towel. OR I could choose to stay focused on getting back up, creating a plan, and slowly getting back on track.

Now, I'm definitely not there yet. And this is for sure not a model pic. But I'm SO happy to say that I put myself in the position to succeed and get back to the gym today.

Here's the thing. You will ALWAYS succeed if you just NEVER GIVE UP.

THIS is what it means to be an entrepreneur. To know what our mission is in life and to NEVER stop until we achieve it and make that positive difference in the world we were born to make.

I hope this inspires you to get back up and keep moving forward!
